Improving the CSGO server

We are trying to make the game realistic and as close as possible to the actual "competitive mode". Right now we are beyond that, we already increased the kill reward, if we keep increasing it, we might as well make it 16k rounds...

I see how that could be said. like I said, we just need more admins on. It's sad really, when school starts the number of hours in a day doesn't increase :(

I vote keep it the way it is, rankings show that our server is unique and alot of people enjoy it they way it is.

yeah i like it the way it is honestly. and on that note, i think i needa hop in the server this weekend.

Yea school work is killing me right now. I barely got time to eat and sleep. Its wake up work for 6 hours and then college. …I can't keep up….=S

I agree with with what josh had to say. I share the same views.

I agree with Hamas that the money output is low and maybe increasing kill rewards by 50% would solve the problem. I alos agree that when an admin is on the game is much better. Recently I have not been on very much due to college starting up.

I disagree with the idea of changing the match times, or halftime money reset. If we change it to 24 minutes it will make no difference at all in my mind to the average player who is going to spend all their money anyway. The halftime lets both teams play both sides on an unbalanced map and giving one team 4000 bucks to start their half on the bad side is unfair.

The only option I see is to increase kill rewards or team rewards for winning or losing. Anything else seems pointless to me.

talked with josh about this, am i the only one who misses motel? heard it was removed.

I dont think it was ever on the rotation but I scrolled through my map list and couldn't find it. I started out loving it but I kind of hate it now.

Alright people are running circles with this. We all agree that the server runs better when there is an admin on. They control the flow, remove troublemakers, and give lots of $$$.

Why at mid team switch is it rebalanced to $800 then??? For those of us who play CSGO, I can't recall many instances of admins not increasing cash to 16k the moment team switch happens.

Reality is most of the people who commented on this thread hardly ever play CSGO or are regulars anymore because of school. With that said I think its short sighted not to see that increasing money output helps the server. Having 5k, 10k, 16k at the start of the second half is like having an admin without there actually being one. Are people really going to miss playing 9 straight minutes without body armor and rifles?

Im pretty sure that I disagree with Hamas. I know Snow likes to give money but when Im on I only ever give money when one side is getting dominated. I also like the aspect of the game that demands smart money conservation. Basically i wanna copy and paste me previous post here.

I did almost the exact opposite... I never gave money at half time. It's a clean start for a new side. I, for one, am going to try and put more hours in, but not until the issues are resolved. I've heard multiple people express relief that the server was not a 16k server. IDK man, I feel for you, but I think you are in the minority here. And the server is doing pretty well, so... I just don't see the issue you do.
