How do you prefer your steak?

I agree, it's been hit or miss for me, as well.

... Although with the exception to Houston or Ruth Chris.

Houston's wasn't anything special for me. Did they change recently? I haven't been since the 90's.

There is this nice little restaurant in down town Morgan Hill, Ladera Grill, I believe is the name. Ended up there one Fathers day and they had the tastiest ribeye I have ever had, and it was a monster at 32 oz, was costly, like $55.00 plate and worth every last finger licking bit!

Houston's gotten better. Although if you do go to one I'll recommend you to go to the one in Irvine.
