I agree with a warning then ban. if someone wants to kill hosties, they can:

Dissbalance? I'm guessing you mean the teams were unbalanced. The Terrorists were winning 7-2 when you killed the hosties. Yeah, they were unbalanced, but killing those hosties didn't fix the problem.
Regardless of your reasoning as well as its false and illogical nature, I had come on to warn players not to kill the hosties (terrorists), the person who first did it had left, and a few rounds later someone killed those two BACK hosties again. And then I saw you do it. I stand by my judgment on this.

How does killing the hostage as a Terrorist, when you know we don't allow it, make for a balancing of the teams? You need to post in the forum "Unbanme" and follow the header there to get unbanned. You have been around a long time and have heard it plenty of times it is not allowed as a tactic for terrorist. Shooting CT would of been a better help to your breathren than using up the commodity that is keeping you alive in that scenario. Otherwise, they would just nuke that office and be done with you.
