Is it wrong I typically eat my steaks rare-ish and wash it down with a glass of Milk? to me tastes soo good i wouldn't mind being wrong.

my dad always cooked our steaks well done while growing up. i do like mine medium though with a little pink in the middle.

Yarr has always been a bit peculiar and sticking a steak in a vegans ass is definitely leaning towards the weird with steak coatings.

Med-rare, is how a steak should be cooked to keep the flavors and juices. Cooked just enough to define the texture and not ruin the meat.

Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, New York, Prime Rib are my favorites, though I can eat just about every grade of steak down to skirt.
