Hey yall,
My in game nickname: Carlton Banks
reason for ban: supposed 'racism'
why yall should unban me: well here's the story really. My teammates were being a bunch of panzies and were camping like crazy, making the game slow. I tell them theyre pussies, and being 'white', as a joke, cause i know all of them are white (i hear them talking on the mic).

At which point i'm warned by something like mister crooked nose or something, that i'm being racist, and am on 'thin ice'. To which i ask why? he doesn't answer. I ask for the rules of the server so i could know what not to do (this was on Dust about an hour or so ago), and nobody answers, and i'm told again to stop talking and i'm on thin ice.

Things keep going like this, and i'm pretty agitated that i'm getting yelled at by a 'mod' or somebody in the room for doing nothing. Eventually, a couple of other players start saying racist things to me, and yelling "MY KNEE GROWS", and a player spelled out 'negro' in chat. I ask the same guys, why the hell arent these players getting any warning? or even getting talked to about it? These guys are white, i'm black, so i start to get frustrated with the fact that these guys can make offensive statements, but when i tell my teammates to stop being pussies, i get put on 'thin ice'.

I keep hammering these people, 'Why aren't u doing anything about them?" then someone tells me to 'stfu nigger', on the chat. AGAIN, i am asking, why aren't you banning this guy!? no response. i felt pretty damn upset, cause yall were saying ur gonna ban me, and i wasnt even sayin nuthing, but this guy straight up calls me the n-word, and no ban for him.

I get banned; reason: racism. But i didn't say one racist remark. I called teammates white, cause they were acting scared, and thats the worst. This guy calls me a nigger, and he gets off no problem? see thats why i was so mad. People thought i was trolling, cause how upset i got. But i really wanted to know, why nobody would do anything to anyone else besides me. yall say, no racism, so im asking, why are you allowing racism??? and i get banned?

Look, i love the server. I played on it for like 4 days now. I wanna go back to it, cause i ain't trying to start anything with people. I just can't take it when people are bein fucked up to me, and i say one thing that ain't even offensive, and some reason i got peopl saying 'you cant say that' and 'watch yourself'. that rubbed me the wrong way, especially when nobody did anything about the dudes saying racist stuff to me.

I hope yall at least offer an explanation, but i'd love to return to the server. As i said many times in the game, i'm just trying to have fun and play around, no harm in that.

Both side complained about you trolling on the mic and annoying them nonstop.

Now can you try to remember the guy who called you the N word? We'll make sure he/she gets a ban.
Sorry that you're upset I saw you use the N word and just assumed you were being racist and got an admin cause of that.

Sorry I didn't see what exactly was going on beside everyone tellnig me you were trolling on the mic. If I had known some of these guys were being racist would of asked the admin to perm ban them.

Please wait while we review the ban you should be a reply back here within 24hr or so.

The guy who said the n word had a name that was just capital letters and it started with a z. I can't really remember to well sorry.

As for people thinking I was trolling, maybe they thought I was, but to me I wanted to know why it was a joke to the same people who put me on 'thin ice'.
I was talking to people on chat trying to understand why nothing was happening , and I wasn't being racist or trolling. I was being genuine, and they maybe didnt see why id be upset. Also they're people on the Internet, they think anybody they don't agree with is a troll.

1) we don't have an admin named mr. crooked nose - not sure who you're referring to. the admin who banned you via Ghonzo's word should respond to this thread soon. please be patient

2) being of caucasian decent myself, i have to say it's hard to feel sorry for you when you, jokingly or not, equate pussy with being white. (personally, i'm a fan of white pussy... but what i choose to eat should be none of your concern, imho) i nearly feel obligated to tell you to say that shit to my face... but this is the interwebs and i'm actually a 13 year old indian girl from lahore.

3) oh and, just because a person sounds "white" doesn't mean they are. that's just silly and ignorant. have you heard and then seen the make-up of this clan? lol

4) no matter how this turns out, if you post a gif/vid of you doing the carlton, i'll put in a good word for you with the unbanning committee
 
I will wait and see the admin who banned Carlton version of events before taking action.

I think Built said what needed to be said and to Carlton, most servers have their rules in the MOTD so take the time to pull it up and read it.

There's a couple all-cap Z's, ZEROKLASH was on last night and I believe a Z3R0.
 
I know this probably gets under Ice's and Fast's skin, but Tortilla (former member) called me in while I was doing something to observe your trolling. Low and behold your trolling and mic spamming were relatively unacceptable. The fact that it took an admin to tell you to cool it with the mic spamming and trolling/abusive language towards other players speaks for itself.

While I cannot speak to the racism charge, I already gave you fair warning before about being abusive two nights ago.

seconded. For what it's worth, in this particular incident he was flaming a few people and being generally disrespectful to players on the server in addition to mic spamming. He got warned by Hannah, and continued to mic spam, and then kicked. He rejoined on CT side and then seemed to calm down after that.

I cannot say that I have witnessed racism from him in other matches.

This white Marine fought for your right to say ignorant shit like white = pussies (if they could still speak, i know of some individuals that would tell you that statement is false), I lol when people call other people in a video game a pussy, really, where does virtual courage come in to play here?

2. This whole issue of who called you "nigger" is non-existent. Do you have chat logs/demo to back up your claim? We should not ban someone based on hear/say. You may say it's true, but we don't know you, you just might be trying to distract us from the scene you created with your own behavior.

Not saying you're a bad person, but a ban such as this is usually a temp one so take the time to cool out and enjoy the server when the ban is lifted.

Also, only a child points the finger at another, you sit there and call others "pussies" but yet you are unable to man up and admit what you did. You get called out then start calling others out, worry about yourself and your actions, those are the only ones you can be held accountable for.

Take this as a learning experience, you took the time to ask for a ban lift which means you enjoy gaming with us, so for that I say welcome to the forums where none of us are perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and that's life, don't let this be the situation that defines your experience here. Let's just move on from it and grow.

I agree, the issue of who called me nigger isnt important. Idc who did it, but what bothers THE HELL out of me is that i wasn't doing anything racist, i surely wasn't doing anything as bad as calling someone the n-word, and yet i get banned, and yall say your against racism!

Also to everyone else, i wasn't mic spamming at all, come on now.... I'm a talkative guy and so i like to talk on the mic with yall, but yall took it as spamming. I wasn't advertising, i wasn't promoting anything, all i was doing was talkin a lil smack to liven up the place, if thats against yall's rules, yall should say something, but just labeling it 'spam' is wrong.

I was flaming people cause they was calling me nigger, and yelling offensive stuff on the mic. Excuse me, but why is what i say 'spamming' but when a guy gets on the mic- 'U in the 80s' was his name-and he's yelling "My knees Grow" to make it sound like 'negro', why isn't that 'spamming the mic'? Im seriously asking here, cause he was yelling that like 10 times, thats spamming, but he doesn't get in any sort of trouble for that. This is why i'm upset, is cause yall singled me out. I got people being racist to me, and yall do nothing. Yall say i'm being racist, but i didn't even come close to the flaming i was getting, worst i said was calling people white-not a racist or offensive term like nigger. Then yall say im mic spamming, but then 'U in the 80s' is yelling KNEE GROW on the mic over and over, and that ain't mic spam to yall just cause its aimed towards me.

I like the server a lot yall, and i feel like this is a big misunderstanding seeing as yall thought i was trolling, but i was being serious. I wasn't flaming peoplle, i was trying to ask why they werent getting the same rules set for them!

Look, yall want me to wait it out? let me know how long at least. I'd like to come back to the server tonight yall. I wasn't saying racist stuff, and thats what yall banned me for...

I got warned by an admin 2 times? nah the second time was BS yall, cause thats when they said im doing racist stuff, and i wasn't. Not only that but yall didn't do anything about anybody else being racist, so how am i supposed to know what the rules are?? First warning, maybe yall thought i was talking to much smack, yeah thats fair, but i aint ever been racist in yalls server, come on now.
