This bothered me a bit

Well in the competitive scene usually players will save if they think they have no chance of actually winning the round (because there are times that you just cannot.) So they save their gun. It's been around ever since the beginning of competitive though. But more importantly, it ruined my epic score just a tiny bit and I'm a big ol poopy head.
Ok, makes sense, I don't play anything at a competitive level. But I have 3 little boys, so I know the words "poopy head" very well. ;)

I also think context is key. but also, admins should be willing and feel compelled to explain their actions while correcting pubber behavior...politely in all circumstances

It's totally an admin thing. Some wont slay, some wont hesitate. Personally I only slay if the person has been hiding in one spot the whole round and they are the last one left.

If you're talking about our CSS server its 16k so don't fret about a slay trying to save a gun. Usually like Josh said if admins noticed you been camping one spot for good part of the round we will slay regardless if you couldnt defuse or not cause to me it looks like you didnt give shit about the objective. If you're talking about our GO thats a different as we dont run a 16k and based on admin judgement as well on the slay.

People still play source? anyways it was the GO server. I Just suggest some of the admins who get a little slay hungry just don't. You can seriously ruin the experience for other players by slaying, it's almost disrespectful in a sense. Especially in my case.

I do agree to a point, but when it seems to be the same people habitually doing the same crap I get tired of wasting my time explaining my actions. I try to be consistent, both against CT for not trying and T for camping. GO is a bit different with no free 16K every round, not sure how you guys are handling the GO server atm but would like to think both servers are similar.

i haven't personally seen an issue and im on 2-3 hours a night. admins are doing a great job imo.

just read the server rules... enough said. i will slay the shit out of someone who saves or doesnt do the "mission"... die shooting or die by the hands of zues... only a game and a pub kdr really doesnt mean much. also not for nothing... im not waiting around that extra minute or so and dont expect other players to do the same. our server map change is fairly quick and want to get the most rounds in as possible.

to be fair,

I honeslty Gergomyeggo has a good point plus he used to be a 47Ronin. Saving is something that happens in CS:GO and I really think its a judgment issue. @Gergomyeggo I have a idea who probably slayed you. To me, I really think everyone here should have some respect for gergomyeggo. He was in the clan before most of us and probably before Josh. Before we jump the gun and say what is the server rules and this and that, I really think he probably knows the rule better than most of us.

Also, don't deny it. Some of admin has admin power abuse and don't deny it and say its the server's rule.
