Speeding police on cellphone

Man, I'd never talk to an officer like that. I don't even care to watch the 2nd half. The driver's got a serious problem with authority.
 
It goes with the job. I'm sure if our job said we were exempt of being hands-free, we'd enjoy the freedom of it.
Law enforcement officers, other emergency personnel and operators of school and transit buses are allowed to use cell phones on duty, this according to the California Vehicle Code section 23123, titled “Hand-Held Wireless Telephone: Prohibited Use.”
 
I could understand the speeding but I did not know police were allowed to use cellphones during on the job. They got the radio for a reason thats on speaker. Although I think the cop should of went ahead and give the trucker a ticket for being an ass to him and not kiss ass because he was being filmed.

I think that's what got me worked up. People get pulled over for speeding all the time and question it, but this guy started the mess honking at a cop. Just plain dumb.
 
Trucker pushin' his luck. Got away with it. Cop was cool about it though. He's a sport.

state troopers speed alot (atleast on the highway i drive, atleast 10 mph) and i think that's understandable, they get calls to 'non-urgent, yet somewhat' situations alot. but i will say i think this cop was on his phone, and the trucker called him out on it and got told.

when it comes down to it, i think we can all agree the trucker didn't honk at the cop just to be a dick.

Cops deal with assholes and get shit all day long. so when ur flying down the interstate; taking a call from the ms.'s, and get honked at by some semi, i think anyone would get pissed and pull them the fuck over.

in the large spectrum, what the trucker did was stupid and just made issues for him. in the small, he changed one cops perception of the law. i like the small
 
the truck driver is an asshole.. both these professions are in my family... given how much of an asshole this truck driver is.. im sure the cop could have found something to fuck him on. what a dick head
