UPDATES:

26 year old MIT officer, Sean Collier has been shot and killed.
An MBTA Officer is in surgery right now, critical condition.
UMass Dartmouth has been evacuated, said to be the school where the remaining suspect attends.
Police have 20+ blocks on complete lockdown surrounding the suspect's home in Watertown.
Suspects from Russia, immigrated here about 10 years ago.
Connecticut State Police have said to look out for a Gray Honda C-RV with the plates 316 ES9, could be a possible wanted suspect.
