I doubt it has ever restarted within 5 seconds. If you saw it "back online" in 5sec, it was probably not down... you were just lagging.

Ok, not even 1st time happend, maybe not 5 seconds, but totally under 1 min. Every was lagged out, then i disconnect and keep refreshing the list, it comes back with in 30 seconds.
