I play this server everyday and I wasn't even playing yet and boom d/c and banned for what reason?

Nobody banned you, the Anti Cheat system banned you.

Eye Test Violation means that it detected a NoSpread/NoRecoil or Anti-Aim/Spinbot hack on your viewangles.

Well that wasn't me my cousin has access to my account but I'm most certainly sure he didn't hack because this is my favorite server and would never do anything to can getcbanned, iplay with buddistcand rush8 all the time I don't cheat , is there anyway I can get unbanned?

^ What he said, there has been hundreds of hours spent on developing this anti cheat system and it has been accurate over the last several years, This removes the need of an admin in most cases when someone is blatantly hacking.
You can bypass VAC, but you can't cheat third party developed anti cheat systems.

Also I am not sure why people share accounts, let this be a lesson to others if they ever consider sharing accounts.
