He is Doctor Who (the Eleventh actor to assume the role). He travels through time and space in a sort of a jalopy What he does there, or then, I haven't a clue. It's British sci-fi storytelling at it's...Well, all I can say is that it's British, okay? I'd much rather see Monty Python., Benny Hill, The Goodies, Are you being served, etc. Doctor Who always seems to have been filmed in a hastily prepped and sparsely propped Bureaucratic office after working hours or maybe even Wayne and Garth's garage or basement. Hang a few sheets, custom dyed by some guy who has been tripping from a steady diet of psilocybin since some time near the early 60'. on 3/4 walls and maybe a ceiling and <poof> you got a TV set ready for ant weirdness you need. Never got into it.
