Aion, what did you ask your ISP when you called? I'm having the same issue.. I would assume "Request timed out" is bad?

I have had my internet service for 2 months, the first month I averaged 80ping to the server.. Now, I am around 130-150. I have a 40meg download, 5meg upload fiber optic line at my place..

Generally speaking that means Qwest is loading their uplink in route 7&8.
Gotta call Qwest and have them re-route or fix that issue on that node.
