Not sure what a mufflehead is, but I'm totally joking. That's why everything has a smiley or a "ha" in the same sentence.
I call my kids goon all the time, it's as bad to me as calling them silly or funny.
99% of posts here are jokes, jabs & sarcasm. Just assume it is when reading it.
