I like the uniforms that laughed about it. That ain't even a prank in their eyes because the pranks they pull on each other, at least in my experience, are far more creative and waay funnier. But the cop that pointed out to the guy that he's wearing a SpongeBob hat and is masturbating his nose gets a badge of pwnership.
