Why do you want to join The 47 Ronin: I consider quite a few people I've met on 47r as friends. The forum has been helpful and fun. The community has been consistent and I'd like to be apart of that.
Tell us about you: I've played CS since 1.6 but was a better console gamer. I made the permanent jump from console to PC gaming in 2012 when I broke both of my thumbs. I'm a pretty laid back person and I like to joke around a lot. I was born in Riverside, CA raised in WA. I've worked warehouse, grocery, farm hand, server, barback, bartender, now I'm back in grocery. I like tinkering with things, figuring out how things work, fixing and building things on my own partly because I'm curious, mostly because I'm cheap. The latter being the reason why I didn't go to university. Graduated with an associates degree from a local community college and decided to live life for a while. Now I'm ready to get back into school and figure stuff out. Also, I have this problem with writing walls of texts.....

finally! Sup Chris! best name ever, btw... well, you're already active in both the forums and server, so just be patient. :p oh, and stop jacking all my kills :cautious:o_O

so what did you decide on for school? what was your associates degree in?

I got my Associates of Arts degree. Just a general associates degree. As for schooling, I was pretty ambitious about being an EMT and working my way up to becoming a paramedic. Got all the way up to meeting with my advisors, studied for the basic life support certification and went to orientation for EMT classes before I recently realized- as rewarding as it would be, I wouldn't be happy doing that as a lifelong career. So I'm going for my associates of science degree and hopefully transferring to a 4-year to work on a BS in civil engineering.
