Happy Birthday GASPAR!!!!!! Man I'm 32 now and when I turned 28 and had a milkshake, I could instantly see it form on my ass! I went from 6'4" 210 to 245 overnight... I'm now down to 225 and maintaining. Have a great birthday and drink one for me
