Heya Shazer, glad you stopped by and dropped an introduction. Seen you on the server quite a bit these last few weeks and you're a tough opponent. Sounds like we could even be from neighboring generations :-P I ended up in the wholesale liquor business but could have easily been in IT growing up in those booming early years.

IT is a great industry and it is now changing quite a bit. Everything is going Cloud. I'm learning how to migrate infrastructures to Microsoft Azure as well as Office 365. It's the future

... consulting for large enterprises doing what I used to do as a hobby but now get paid for it. Not a bad trade off in my opinion. ...

I've found that no matter what I'm being paid to do, I'd rather be doing something else, lol. When I was doing IT support, I wanted to do R&D or Web Dev. When I was doing R&D, I was yearning for some IT support or Web Dev work. When I was doing Web Dev... you get the picture. For each job, I shuffle to a different hobby.
