no other options no promo since we are a gated community and no other provider is available not even DSL. If you don't sign up with Time Warner, you don't get internet.

That's something to bring to the attention of the HOA. Limiting yourself to a single provider is just shooting yourself in the foot. And why go with copper? They should have gone with Fiber to begin with.
