now you all know what i 'used' to be like, well tomorrow i have an interview with my district manager about promoting me to operations manager at my store.
he has a history of not liking me, probably because how i used to be like 2 years ago, very inconsistent. i've been perfect since then but he's still very much hesitant and going to
'grill me' tomorrow at 2 pm (my store manager told me).
any tips? i know there are some obvious ones, but if i nail this job i can move out on my own and it'd be huge. i work at sports authority btw, atm i'm senior sales.
he knows i'm well liked and wants to make sure people will respect me (i know they will but i think i need to say something like i have a line, and it wont be crossed)
any advice is VERY WELCOME up until the deadline before i leave at 1 o''clock tomorrow
