"Doomsday Prepping"

So, i used to find the tv series "Doomsday Preppers" silly. However, after the infamous blackout in San Diego, people went crazy on the first day alone. Throwing punches just for ice and water -- anyohs -- the point is, now that i'm in America, i've decided to take precautions. If i was in Norway, i'd just fish and drink water of anywhere since the tap water comes directly from the mountains and most water in the nature are drinkable. Love the North.

Are you guys into prepping? Do any of you own a bug out bag? toddler bug out bag?

I'm currently learning dehydration recipes and i wanna try canning as well.
 
i have a bug out bag. got some good stuff in there. still need to buy few more items. iodite pills. lifestraw...
 
Spending for a quality, low micron filter, water purifier. Iodine tablets work only so well, a quality, hand pumped, water purifier is worth it's weight in gold. One run, pun intended, of the numerous water borne diseases, bacteria and protozoa and you'll be glad you have it.

Also, learning how to survive in the wild with basics tools is a must, far too many people in this world rely on their local grocery store for everything. When the shit hits the fan you're gonna need skills and knowledge.
 
I have a bunch of guns and ammo... About 17 boxes of MREs... Plan is to shoot anyone who comes within 200 meters and loot their bodies... I think I am about 40 percent evil
