Damn it blood.. I though this was something about the release date of diablo 3... Fml. I'll watch the demo too tho

Super convincing argument.
My two cents; diablo is suspicious but like most others I haven't seen anything that I consider conclusive. Hacks are too sophisticated to be certain. If a hacker tries to be discrete (wall and toggle aim bot occasionally), it's nearly impossible to tell the difference between them and a really good player. The only people who are obvious are those who are actually really bad at the game and thus have to heavily leverage their hacks to do well. Those type of people give themselves away quickly. People who are reasonably good to begin with can discretely go from my skill level to giants without anyone proving they cheat.
Off topic suggestion; if someone is suspicious but people are unsure you could put them on a probation period where they're required to record when playing. If they still dominate, they're legit, otherwise you know they hack.
