In csgo you can select watch-your matches-then download the demo, then record it with obs/xsplit/fraps.
If it's source you have to record ingame with said programs.

What about Nvidia shadow play?
@Col. Gaspar nope don't use it, more or less because it confusing for me.
I don't know why but sometimes obs records better than fraps or it's reverse.

Using xsplit
xpslit was the worst and I highly doubt I'll use it again for that or even streaming.
Everything else used Cinema4d, sony vegas pro and photoshop.
