Yeah, seemed odd to read. Stores like Kmart have been closing a certain amount of stores in waves, not just bam...closing all 450 in one shot.
In my area, I was sure Big 5 was the place to close first. Then this big a$$ DICK comes along, stirring up trouble. No seriously, the sign is obnoxiously and over-compensatingly big.

40k for the second one and it only has 22,000 miles.... your dream car may come sooner than you think.... but tbh a house is a much better investment over a grossly deprecating asset.
