Concealed Carry Licenses in CA

please get into constitution. I would love that.

argument is part of my job you know

again. I disagree on law prevent you from having a gun in public concealed and open means you can't own a gun at all.

FYI. I hav a 1911 .45 series 70 and a glock 17

I'd love to discuss and share sources in PMs :)

What the decision means is that if you can't carry it concealed or on open in public, then where is it? In your home only? They decided that that was too restrictive and infringed on the second amendment and self-defense.

The idea that open carry (or concealed carry) is linked to more gun crime is not statistically supported, so I'm not sure why you are quick to rush in that direction.

People, in general, are not nearly as stupid with guns as you think they are.

I don't argue for a living, but I do enjoy arguing. So it's best to slow down.

Seriously bot, you're being super aggro about this.

look. you guys are saying because the court rule that California does not allow CC which means you don't allow to have gun ownership.

like you said, you are a law student. Since you are going to be a lawyer then prove to me that court ruling on CC or OC is a violation of the 2nd amendment.

Give court case reference that this is a direct violation of your American's rights. I am willing to change my mind on if people is allow to walk around guns or not. Prove to me that CC OR OC will not create more gun violence in California. The stats you given out saying saying California with the most gun restriction is with the most murder rate is very flawed. First off, The stats you proven are stats based on total police report filed in that state and California has the 38.04 million people. By ratio, California has a .0000494 murder per person. While Texas having the least gun restriction ,Texas has a murder ratio of 0.00004378 murder per person. Like I said, you can't use state to state as a reference to violent crimes because the amount of population is too different.

So imagine, El jorge loco V. California on State of California has directly violated the 2nd amendment. One of the argument that you are trying to prove is California has highest gun violence and with the highest gun restriction, therefore we should have CC or OC.

I will talk to you on steam about this.

That is more effort than is worth to do on a forum. Also, I have no intention to being a Constitutional Law Scholar. I leave that to smarter people than I, including the clerks who write for the 9th Circuit judges.

Also, based on all your statements herein, you've already come to a conclusion. Nothing I can really say will convince you otherwise. Additionally, to provide you with the stats you want to prove some point that I am not really trying to prove, I would need time and resources I don't have to waste on a forum topic that will go extinct/quiet in about two three weeks.

Had you asked me this three years ago, I could have had more energy to put into it in the form of a law article. As it stands, I don't have such dedication to this.

That all being said, I started this more as a topic of interest. Whatever opinion you think I have on this matter is all a projection from you. I merely posted those FBI crime statistics to aid you in your discussion with @The Sad Zealot .
