Yeah everything is the latest version so I should be good. They actually just pushed out a update a few days ago. @CutScene said he is sending the Hex core next week.... for the record I still miss the rage sessions man! 
@FuZion I got the problem figured out just had some tweaking to do after my fresh install....

Just got the CPU out of my mailbox @CutScene thanks again bro... really appreciate it! Like I said Cut if you ever need a place to crash if you ever get out of the potato state and come to the Phoenix area I got you! Now need to go buy thermal grease to install. Should I wait 3o days to OC the CPU as to wait for the thermal grease to set or am I good to go?

Good to go, no need to wait, just make sure the thermal grease will be applied correctly.
if you're using AS5, then yah... but don't use AS5, lol. Use one that doesn't need time to cure and isn't electrically conductive... like MX-4, PK-1, NT-H1, or DC1. Personally, I use MX-2, since I bought a bunch of it in bulk for really cheap when it first came out, lol.
