I also just replaced my coworker's mobo with this. I offered the seller $40, and it automatically took it. You prolly can offer a li'l lower. The mobo worked great for me. Caution: the built-in ethernet does not work with Xp and Vista. Works with Win7 native drivers. The driver for the Ethernet (Realtek) for other Win's did not work for me. You prolly can figure it out.
