Thanks for clarifying. I don't really know Heats. Dragon's been on for a while and I'm pretty sure I've seen him over many years here and there. I'd probably say something's shady as he's unbelievably good, but I don't believe he's cheating (I just like to joke that everyone's a hacker).
I can understand the frustration, but I can't say I don't see a level of retaliation (that never ends well). I mean, if someone's kicked, muted, and then death-score teased, that didn't all happen at once. From an admin point of view, if a person just wants to stir the pot, I'd rather remove the dark cloud from what's supposed to be a place of fun.
Unfortunately, there's not an Undo button. Jorge wanted Heats to shut up as well, so it wasn't a buddy-buddy thing and there was obviously miscommunication as to who was talking and to whom it was directed. No bans dealt. If you decide to hop in again, great, although I'd highly recommend not engaging with an admin. If you decide to move on, I hope you find a CS home. Your voice has been heard. Time to sleep.
Indeed there was a level of retaliation, as there would be for anybody when someone rudely tells them to shut up when they weren't even speaking to them. It's not like this was a 5 minute conversation where someone finally gets fed up and tired of hearing about it, we're talking about LITERALLY 20-30 seconds of voice chat. I did not at any point see in the chat, or hear over voice, Jorge asking heat@ to stop talking about it. The only person who was punished, or told to shut up was me. This would lead one to believe that there's preferential treatment going on due to a friendship between one of the people involved, yes?
Nobody should have to just bend over and take it when somebody tells them to shut up, admin or not, just because they PERSONALLY don't like someone or what they are saying. If it's against the rules then fine, TELL ME, but don't kick me, death99, and then mute me without even warning me further than a "shut up" when I don't even know who's doing it and expect me to have a positive, friendly, and cooperative response.
Also if anyone knows who I can message to get this situation seen by a server owner/somebody in charge then I would be very appreciative.
