@Hunter LOL. My wife will kill me. Seriously though, I'm just a backyard mechanic, and I have never had a chance to work on other imports except Toyota. I am comfortable with Rustangs (S197, the 2005-2014). I have extra car, so I can take my time working on the Rustang. Let me study the video, and I'll tell you if can be tackled even with a wrench n00b. From my experience, if a professional can do it in 1hr, I take 4hrs or even more. Breaker bar makes job easier, power tools are convenient, and youtube vids are very helpfull. You will bust a knuckle, strain your back muscle, and blame people. LOL. I usually curse "effin Ford, Piece of shit".

OK. I watched the vid once. It looks convincingly simple with just one special tool (the bolt spreader), so it shouldn't cost too much to install. Are these same lowering springs you want? Have you asked around how much to install?

Only if your wife can find out, only illegal if you get caught LOL. "Not Top but Bottom secret" here :)

$1200 for parts, installation and alighnment
The part will cost around $650.

@Hunter that's a good deal becoz it comes with alignment as well!!! You'll love the looks and the handling. caution: lowering may give you more bumpy hard ride.

May also cause problems with your warranty, if you have one, and your insurance company may or may not care. I know my previous employer would not insure a vehicle that had suspension or performance mods unless they were done at the dealership.

@v.Kamikaze Sigh... the things I do for you. From 10am to 3pm -- measure 2X - cut once with angle grinder, deburr file, fitting, 3M tapes. Done. Needs wash from all the dust.
