Server tweaks 11/30/13

We went ahead and made few tweaks to our main server, let me know how the CS:S and CS:GO servers run today.
I made the change over this morning.

[A Stable Carbocation]

I played about 30 minutes tonight, I didn't notice anything. Of course part of that is due to the extreme choppiness of the game, but still....
