@IcEWoLF is the server still set to restart every morning at 4am? I remember Rust saying he set that up, but it's been super laggy lately - bad reg. I usually assume my ISP is droppin my packets like hotcakes, but i just ran WinMTR and i have 1% packet loss right now. :(

Icewolf restarted the server manually today, kami. But the server is set to restart each morning on its own.
 
A server restart is not going to fix packet losses. Generally speaking it's ISP related.
And the server does restart (all of our servers do) at 6AM PST.

Right, and i'm not seeing packet loss - i'm seeing a lack of registration on my shots. :( ... it's like im lagging, but my latency is ~30ms and only 0-1% loss on my traceroutes.

It was so bad, last night I joined Glock on another server and got much better registration. Since my latency and loss is low, and it plays fine on another server, I'm blaming our server, lol. :p

Whenever I experience this lag/no-reg, my ping is around 30-60ms, and my traceroutes show a 30-50% packet loss. But right now my latency is <30ms and my packet loss is <1%. ugh, I guess i need another break. :bigtears:

There shouldn't be any packet losses, sounds like your routing to the server is not perfect.
Are you on wireless?
 
I've had really bad 'reg' since the day I started and only on our server, but I've gotten used to it and just play anyway cause I <3 this clan and our server <3
