I've had something in my eye or a scratch in my eye for two days and I can't get rid of it. It's bothering me like crazy, the sun makes me shut my eye so when I am driving it effects me and when i blink it hurts. I can't go to the doctor cause i don't have insurance and i have to work tonight. Any suggestions? I already put visine in it.

But on the real have you tried rising with water? having someone blow(sofly) on it? just the only tricks i know
 
You can badly scratch an eye by sweeping an eyelash across it, plus a multitude of other ways. Give it two days.
 
Yeah I am beginning to think that its a scratch, it's already been two days and tonight it's really bad. It just stays red. I've tried visine and it burns my eye and doesn't take the redness away. Everyone at my job is gonna think I have pink eye. -_-

generally eye scratches are healed within 24 hours if longer then you should possibly check an optometrist

my bro is an optometrist :p

i used to work for a eyeglass store

if you wear contacts take them out and use glasses for a few days
keeping contacts in will keep it irritated

since you don't have insurance call around to offices for the price of a office visit
shop for prices they generally give you a range because it depends on what they have to do
