Added ads to L4D2 servers

This means when you join the server, you will see ads.

Nah, it wouldn't add any lag, when players join, they will see the video ad, that's it.

When I see a ad on a server I leave. I hate things over ran by ads.

Even though I don't play L4D2, I do hate ads, but when it helps server costs, it's understandable, it's a nice extra income that just requires the use of your MOTD.
