Ok there was some lag on the server while I was on Kami also said he was lagging a bit

v.Kamikaze yea... office just isnt cutting for lot of people.

the sound is messed up. When people are running it sounds like they are always running on the concrete/hard surface. This happens on d2/office

^, I don't know, it could be plugin related, it could be server.cfg related, it could be many things.

Im just going off my lerp that there may be packet losses and server does seem bit laggy here and there.

thats client-side. reinstall.

I was getting 2% losses from NFO servers
