lol, that rarely happens to me unless there is some guy who isn't gunning it down the on-ramp. You know, the space that is allotted for you to match highway/freeway speeds.

I've noticed Canadians drive differently than folks from the US. Most of the time, you treat it like the Autobahn. If there is a car behind you coming up faster, then if it is possible and safe, move to the right lane if you are in the left lane and just let them go, then go back to the left when safe again.
I rented a car up in Toronto and did a driving tour from the 416 to Montreal and Quebec, and then back.

It's fine. I had to get use to the driving style there. At some point, I had an old subaru behind me and I was wondering why he was tailgating me.

Honestly fault wise Camaro. Why the hell did he even try to take the left shoulder to pass someone knowing there are shits lying there and poles on the shoulder? But seeing how @kaM said the dude was drunk driving it all makes sense...
Now douche bag wise I fucking hate people like the PU. If you're not planning to drive any faster than the speed limit just move over the lane. I understand it was a two lane free/highway but cmon he knew the Camaro wanted to pass him. Usually I will move over a lane if I see someone coming faster than me (ie 80+mph).
After watching that video of an asshole cop I had a similar instance recently and I got ticketed for it as well. I'm making a right hand turn after stopping and checking my left and right. As I'm already in the middle of my turn this cop that was coming at fairly slow speed (40mph on a 50mph) decided to fucking speed well over the speed limit and pulls me over for not yielding to him. My defense I had enough time and he suddenly decided to speed up just to pull me over for no reason. Well I got the ticket and I realized it was near the end of the month lol. Gotta get my ass to court now to dispute this ticket over the summer.

There's an attorney in SD who charges like 50-70 bucks for appearing for you in traffic court.

I done this before for my speeding ticket I just gotta get my court date good 4-6months later after June. Apparently OC courts is a bitch to get extension and long waited court dates....

I remember hearing this story about where cop ticketed a rich Chinese guy and sort of insulted him. He decided to show the cop who's boss lol. Just to fuck him up, paid a lawyer $1000 for $500 ticket and didn't pay the ticket. Personally I wouldn't hire a lawyer unless the ticket amount is unreasonable. But then again, who cares what you do with your own money.
As an attorney, I can tell you that there are a lot of petty rich Chinese men out there.
