NFL 14/15 SEASON DISCUSSION

Terrible... just terrible... but what can you say... its FFL. Hope you didnt spend too much to get Cam. He has lost one of the best receivers in the game in S. Smith....Vicotor Cruz... has failed to produce in the last few years. MJD is a good pick ... raiders are junk and the is there only hope... and of course Graham is an obvious choice.

hahah MJD did the worst out of my whole team so don't really know why you said i had a bad team. arian foster is going to put up good numbers every week and that's a fact. boldin got me some great points on the bench so he will probably be replacing MJD. cam has 2 rookie WRs that are supposed to be really good, that's why I went with him. that and the fact that he is a pretty mobile QB and gets good points that way. anyways...i had to play tannehill this week since cam didn't play because of his rib injury. i got him in the 4th round, so nah didn't really "spend too much" to get him.

Cards win!!!!! Guess all the injuries and free agency losses were not as bad a predicted. Look out SF and SeaChickens!!!! LOL!

But in all seriousness Cards have made some good acquisitions in Foot, Dwier and John Brown. What... who is John Brown? LOL. Kid is a stud... with him, Fitz, Floyd and Ginn they have a stellar WR core! Personally I think they will have a tough time against the Seahawks and the 49ers this season with out Dockett in the line up but there defense is not far off what they did the last season. For you FFL ppl you may want to keep and eye out for John Brown... he has been getting rave reviews through out the preseason and carried that into the first regular season game. Personally I wouldn't pop on him now as he is a rookie... but from what he has looked like in preseason, the first game, and what has been said about him by his fellow teammates... he has a huge up side!

A LOT of people (AKA HAWK FANS) are talking smack on arizona... but in all honesty, Palmer threw some GREAT deep bombs to floyd lasy night... doesn't matter about their missing lineup ARZ will be still be as tough to face at our home as they were before, and tougher at there's. i'm tempted too pull the trigger on john brown because of you but... i know better :p

i wish the division games didn't have to start on the 19th arizona was the only team to beat us at home! i guess it makes sense for other divisions... but their really making this draw out hold no bars games.

ALL IN ALL this will be close. i guess we're only talking NFC W atm, i'd love to hear an AFC E' prediction atm

Rams will compete with the Jaguars for the worst team in the league... its a toss up.

As for Mclovin's comments on John Brown... I was skeptical about all the talk here in AZ from preseason/training camp. But he has looked very impressive in the preseason games, which doesn't say much as in previous years this has happened, but in the first game of the season he played very well and showed outstanding vision, similar to a very good running back, when put in that situation... his separation abilities, route running, and open field decisiveness has show me he is here in the NFL to stay. He may be a little guy compared to Fitz or Megatron but has great open field abilities like a P. Harven and that X factor. If I were skeptical, as most should be, watch the next 1 to 3 games and then decide.... no team in the league has the ability to cover 3 talented WR... even the Legion of Boom.... the only downside would be how the Cards O-line will hold up against other teams. Even 1 long term injury could have serious repercussions for the remainder of the season. Having said that what team could say they could play just as well with even 1 back up on the O Line, but if Brown, has good performances in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th games, there will be absolutely not doubt to the nature of his talent. But if he even has 2 good games he would be a serious commodity. If Floyd and Brown keep on the same track they are on, the Cards offence will have a head up on other teams which will have to back off of Fitz. If it comes to that most teams will be forced to do man coverage or go to zone... which will not bed well for them. From the games I have seen him play in he seems to have that it factor. He just may be that diamond in the rough that some FFL guys are looking for in a 3rd or 4th WR and may put up huge numbers for a fairly unknown rookie from a unknown college. I have nothing to gain from telling you all this as your FFL records don't mean shit to me... nor am I in your league or any other for that matter.

Oh and not to give you a huge boner or some shit McLovin but the Beast and Harvin looked stellar... and particularity with P. Harvin. If they both stay healthy and the D keeps steady the SH could be unbeatable.
