Third time this week we get attacked...

A very large DDoS attack against your IP address 66.151.138.51 overloaded our connection speed and/or our router's filtering capacity at your location a short while ago and caused location-wide problems. We were forced to null-route the IP address as an emergency response measure. This null-route will need to remain in place for at least 8 hours.

Most likely our CS:S server going to be down for 8 hours....our IP is null routed, unless they figure shit out and try to fix it earlier...SJ as a location blows donkey dick because the infrastructure is not as big as LA/SEA....

:( .. I hope the mitigations start working.. this is sucky. syn proxy? blacklist? connection limiting? dynamic filtering? source rate limits?
something?

The sad part is that these mother fuckers spend real money to actually attack us...
Sucks, Friday nights are awesome...
I guess you should all visit the H1Z1 game or CS:GO :p

Grrrrrrrr!!!!
I hope these bastards die a horrible gonorheaherpasyphylaids (the super Cuban kind) filled genital wart flaming Chipotle' food poisoning diarrhea explosion death while prison Bubba goes in dry...

Wish we could just feed ISIS with these attackers...it would keep both parties happy.

8 hours seems a bit extreme. and why doesn't SJ have the proper infrastructure, its the fkn heart of silicon valley.... useless. hm... even the website is sluggish!

Website is not hosted @ NFo...but in Chicago.
Usually if its a large attack you will be null routed no matter where...unless you are a huge corporation ( banks/google/ebay/amazon) then you are out of luck.
