Help have two gaming rigs and want to make one good one please

okay so for the first i have a and what i am using is
gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H
12 gig ram
I5 intell asus 55 gtx
500 watt psu constar
2 hdd
ina enermaz ostrog case

then in other
msi p6n sli platium
500 watt psu raidmax
core duo 2( i belive not 100 dont have thermal past to check)
pny GeForce 9600 gso gddr3 768MB PCIe2.0
in a raidmax smilodon and raidmax dirk-tooth

what can i do to make it one ultamate or can i even
 
what is asus 55 gtx? maybe GTX550?

the top one is already your optimal config.
The only thing I can see is switch the PSU, RaidMax is always better than Constar (never heard of Constar) you won't get performance increased but you will get reliability.

what does that mean trollin i am for real i am trying to learn all this stuff but yeah i know my the one i use the !5 has ddr3 but u mean the other mother board has the sli cchip in it as well and so yeah i am just trying to learn about this my bad
 
p6n sli uses an old, mainstream performance nvidia chipset (nForce 650) for core2 cpus (LGA775). core2 is 2nd gen core tech from intel. AKA Conroe, Wolfdale, Allendale, etc... circa 2006.

h77 is intel's mainstream 7-series chipset for core-i cpus (LGA1155). core-i LGA1155 is 4th/5th gen core tech from intel. AKA Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, etc... circa 2011/2012. intel's mainstream performance chipsets are P and Z series (P67, Z77, etc).



first thing you need to do is learn your terminology, so you can communicate better. start at wikipedia. ;) then mix in some tech related sites, like anandtech, and tom's hardware.

oh, and get rid of those PSUs... get something more reliable. antec and corsair make rather reliable PSUs that don't cost too much. for more info on PSUs, check out jonnyguru.com.
