You really need to be careful how you mount that fairly large and heavy heatsink. Placing four points of fairly high stress with, in time, cause micro fractures in the PCB layers around those four lugs and can ruin the motherboard. This is why they use a backplate and these larger heatsinks, to spread the load out over a much larger area.
