GGDM CS:S Server?

Any serious thoughts around starting up a ggdm server? I would be in it all the time, that's pretty much all I play on source now, and I know there are enough players to fill it.

Dogz has 4 GGDM servers and they're full all the time.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't mind having a GG server as well lol. We should have a GG CS:GO server as well so people can warm up before going to play MM

Hmmm who ever gets put in charge of it needs to be on top of it. I was assigned to program our gg server few years back and I got it going. Sadly I couldn't keep people interested in it and passed it on to someone else.

The first time I was admin in 47r was in the GG server, because Yarr was in charge of it. This was before GO, and it was almost always empty, unless there were many 47r members online. And to give you an idea, I think this is when the server was still office/dust2, and you had to wait to get in the server after like 8 PM.

I like the idea of a GG server, but at the same time, I feel like it will just be another empty server. For those that still play source, they are well aware of where to find a good GG, and you already mentioned their name.

I would defiantly play GG in CS:GO but the whole thing is getting the right maps to play.... my favorite is Wolfenstine 3d. Also like Ice world, Mario maps, and church... there are so many others though that I I like but dont know the name of.

Word. And the right rules for the game. I say we model it after Dogz weapon progression. With the exception that you get another nade right after throwing one.
