Man... good times. I still have my 300A/Abit PC in the garage. I got it to 450MHz also. I should fire it up to see if still works. BIOS battery maybe bad now.

haha, I did that with a P2 not long ago and it stayed on for a good 10min before a burnt smell started to fill the air, lol.

I lapped the cold plate till it was a mirror... And mounted directly on the Silicon... I even oriented the cold plate so the microfins were inline with the processor and pust just a thin film on the die... I'll post a pic when I find it

What is the most extreme that you overclocked your PC components to?

I OC'ed my CPU 2700k to 5.0Ghz once and things didn't go well.

The first generations of Celeron & Pentium were the good 'ol days for me. 566MHz to 850MHz. Back when converting a DVD to AVI took like 8+ hours. haha
