Any one know how to deal with my mic/group chat settings?

every time I use the mic/group chat, the game volume went down a lot until I finished talking. I DO NOT like this at all, because I couldn't hear anything from the game, and it would get me killed. Any one know how to fix this? I DO NOT want the game volume go down when I talk.
