I seriously don't know what you guys are talking about. you can't hit anything if you're moving, unless you compensate for recoil. that's why you stop strafe. if you are not moving, your bullet should be on target.

I believe he has low resolution. like 640x480, which accounts for the weird movement. but I swear that guy walls. I get pre-fire popped by that guy all the time. Either that or someone is ghosting for him, cuz he's clearly not a good player.
