well, what he's saying about freedom of movement makes sense for the skill ceiling in the game. If players have equal skill in aim, then the one who will win is the guy with the best movement / position. A huge part of professional CS games is the ability to move quickly throughout the map... up...

Sounds good. Obviously I'd be concerned about the 6pm high traffic time, but if it's temporary in order to pin point any issues then it's understandable.
I'd also have to agree with Water's suggestion for at the very least a once a week restart.
