Yeah, its been a while lol.
Mine was phadegfx... not sure of the origin other than I stole it from my brother.
The issue with CSGO is that Valve stopped caring about community ran servers. In the early days of CSGO we were doing well, but valve stopped rolling out updates for community servers and just focused on matchmaking.
They did well with matchmaking because they became a huge e-sport gaming company, but they forgot about the people that put them on the map and that was the tens of thousands of community servers.
I hope they invest towards the community servers once again with the new CS 2.0 but that is not guaranteed.
But I still love some Source! There were a couple good community servers about a year ago, but both of them folded. Several 47R people were on there, so I know there's a demand. Can't wait.
Yeah, just trying to get all the old 47 Ronin members back here again and then try to get the server going. I haven't touched a CSS/CSGO server in ages so it will be a learning curve again.
Also, I am not sure how well the CSS game has been maintained by Valve. I am sure their main focus now are CSGO and CS 2.
