Yeah, its been a while lol.I got an email from here, I was like woah it’s been like 10 years.
Mine was phadegfx... not sure of the origin other than I stole it from my brother.Just curious anyone know their old alias from before cs:go days. I was loserguy back in 1.6 and css days.
The issue with CSGO is that Valve stopped caring about community ran servers. In the early days of CSGO we were doing well, but valve stopped rolling out updates for community servers and just focused on matchmaking.I am so here for this! Wow I need to update my avatar... haha.
Nothing beats a well-run pub over those crappy CS:GO pubs. Looking forward to reconnecting with you all again. I am potentially willing to chip in to help with cost, let me know.
But I still love some Source! There were a couple good community servers about a year ago, but both of them folded. Several 47R people were on there, so I know there's a demand. They did well with matchmaking because they became a huge e-sport gaming company, but they forgot about the people that put them on the map and that was the tens of thousands of community servers.
I hope they invest towards the community servers once again with the new CS 2.0 but that is not guaranteed.
