I am needing one since I am in-front of a computer 10-12 hours daily....
Anyways, any find it useful while gaming?
Any recommendations for a gaming wrist pad for a mouse?

I always found them to be annoying and definitelly not helpfull while gaming, I dont like my hand above my mouse, you get much better pricision with your wrist touching the desk, however you could just use one for when your working.

I use a wrist pad, not a special one or anything, but I think I do fine with it. :D If I try to use a regular mouse pad I'm bad at all games.

I use one at work but not at home while gamming. The one I use at work would suck for gamming as it is part of the mouse pad. I would just recommend just buying one of those little gel ones that will slide up next to your mouse pad.

I switched to a keyboard roller mouse at work. It works wonders for upper back and neck pain. Something like this one:
    Roller Bar Mouse
I have no idea how it would work for gaming.
