I have a friend who is an ER Nurse down in LA, big healthy and muscular guy. After treating the patients, he got infected and have been on the Ventilator for 2 weeks nowBTW, they started mass testing for LA county residents. Register here: https://corona-virus.la/
Hope he made it.Update!
His life is currently on a string and waiting for a lung transplant...Just wanted to let you guys know that this virus isn't a joke. It attacks people differently so don't take it too lightly.
Stay safe brothers!!!
Wow, lucky that your case wasn't that bad.I'm still going in to work. I cant really work from home for it ;/.
TBH i think i had it back in January. I had a shitty headache for a while also had a sore throat that was just there but didn't develop a cough. Around the same time I had about 6 coworkers who had Pnumonia at the time and I DEFINITELY interacted with them around that time too... :/ I'm in SD and the do believe the cases arent that high in SoCal cause we had our first wave back then. Sadly due to lack of testing cant confirm if i have Antibodies or not.
L honestly I think me and few of my co-workers had them as well December - Feb we had a really bad flu that had symptoms similar to Covid-19 beside 1 needing to go to the ER most of us were fine after 3 weeks or so. I'm curious if I built any anti-body or not but I know we have drive thru testing going on little more now I just didn't have a chance to do it...I'm still going in to work. Sorry for your loss....
@v.Kamikaze Sorry to hear that man. My grandmother passed away last month due to Covid-19 hitting her senior living center causing 20+ seniors to get infected along with the nurse and helpers there.
