I saw this on "todaysbigthing.com" a while ago. A few of those attempts are pretty insane, getting 6 steps on water or however many. haha

It's cool but it's fake. It was a marketing scheme by Hi-Tech shoes.

On hi-tech's website they have the making of the video where they actually show how they did it by submerged platforms.

However, that being said, if you could imitate the lizard that walked on water with an expanding, contracting shoe it could possibly be done for a few more steps. Humans would have to run super fast or smash the water extremely hard (hard enough to break bones) in order to stay afloat with just ordinary feet/shoes.

I think the most important thing from this video is that for the time it gave a lot of people something to try and to believe in.

Found this when looking for what was fake in the "people are awesome vid" I knew the lebron was fake but some site said, obviously this water walking, cheerleader through net and Federer were fakes.

I like the concept and the marketing idea, I really do. but when they start saying "You just have to turn your foot to the side a little so ur not impacting straight down" and they weren't even doing that..lol, I was wondering what was up.
