The way I like to build PC's for someone is start off with a beefy base like what you picked up. This way, you have something that will last you for a few years no problem. Your 750 TI is a solid card and should do pretty good.

I went to micro center and got the I5 4690k cpu, crucial 8gb ddr 3 1600mhz, and Asus z97-AR ATX 1150 mobo for 420 dollars.

you forgot the SSD... if u want crucial, their MX200 line is good. samsung evo is also a good alternative - they should have had an extra $10 off if you bundled it with your cpu/mobo.

Lol Im stilling running my EVGA 560Ti still I get around 100-150 fps in GO and about 200+ in CSS. BF3 and BF4 I was getting around 60fps with mid settings which i was happy with.
@Buddhist did you really drive all teh way to the microcenter from SD??
