@Hunter LOL. My wife will kill me. Seriously though, I'm just a backyard mechanic, and I have never had a chance to work on other imports except Toyota. I am comfortable with Rustangs (S197, the 2005-2014). I have extra car, so I can take my time working on the Rustang. Let me study the video, and I'll tell you if can be tackled even with a wrench n00b. From my experience, if a professional can do it in 1hr, I take 4hrs or even more. Breaker bar makes job easier, power tools are convenient, and youtube vids are very helpfull. You will bust a knuckle, strain your back muscle, and blame people. LOL. I usually curse "effin Ford, Piece of shit". OK. I watched the vid once. It looks convincingly simple with just one special tool (the bolt spreader), so it shouldn't cost too much to install. Are these same lowering springs you want? Have you asked around how much to install?
