I will say this for anyone coming onto these forums and asking for a ban removal to adhere to a couple things. Use the appropriate form, it is stickied at the top of the BANAPPEAL forum for a reason, use it. These threads are not to hash out amongst the admins or public what you believe or think, it is for the two persons (person being banned and the admin that banned him) to have a discussion pertinent to the ban. Pubbers jumping to their friends\acquaintance\lovers defense is not wanted or needed. Admins\Members tossing out disparaging remarks towards pubbers and especially other admins will absofuckinglutely not be tolerated. This has always been a more mature oriented server\forum, we are mostly older guys\gals and just do not want\need immature punks playing here. Admins outside the primary banner will make a post in our private forums where any and all information, mostly demos, will be reviewed and a decision will be made. That decision will be made by the same individual as made the initial ban, regardless of outcome.

Due to this turning alot messier then it needed to or should of ever been elevated to, I am stepping in and making the final decision. As I have the upmost respect for Hunter I do not do this either lightly or indifferently towards Hunter as it feels like I am stepping on his toes and that is not my intention. We do have a code for banning an individual and that standard has not been met. I asked for all demos from every member online today and nothing has changed from my earlier opinion based on those demos.

I think your tone is what set this in the wrong direction, trouble is I can also understand your frustration as Hunter's primary language is not English. Many of us know and understand Hunter and some of things you quoted as being personally offensive were taken in a manner Hunter never intended. It doesn't change the fact that some discussion has been ongoing about your play style and statistics. Some can just be attributed to frustration with your odd and at times peculiar game play and ability to get a high recoil gun to consistently get hs on third and fourth bullets fired while moving. I will leave you with this, prior to being invited into the clan myself, I was accused of hacking by one of our highest ranked players and was promptly banned. I took the time to patiently argue my case with logic, a cool head, the defense of admins who got to know me best and my ban was lifted. Not long after that incident I was invited into the 47R. Shit happens and at the end of the day the only thing that matters is how you deal with a given situation.

The ban has been removed and this thread will now be locked.
